In order to attend the conference, at least one author must register. And each registration enables only one author to attend the conference.

* All participants should register online or through Bank Transfer. We are not accepting any registrations by email, fax,or postal mail.

* Students are requested to submit proof of enrollment or student ID/certificate to verify their status to the Secretariat by e-mail.

* Group registration fee for more than 5 people is reduced 10%.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

      • A confirmation will be sent via email after your payment is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
      • An official receipt will be issued online-site upon completion of registration and payment.
      • Please note that the receipt will be issued after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
      • If you have not received the receipt on-site for obvious reasons, please contact
        the Secretariat then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretary and are subject to the following cancellation charges:

  1. Up to 90 daysprior to the conference date: 70% refund of the registration fees paid;
  2. Less than 90 days, but more than 60 daysprior to the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fees paid;
  3. Less than 60 days, prior to the conference date: No refund.

Note: All refunds will be processed after the conference only. Please allow us 4 to 6 weeks to process the refunds.

*The bank charges/transaction charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.

Payment Method

Online Payment System:

Payment can be made online via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. Our system will automatically generate your transaction to us and you should receive our confirmation letter via email shortly.

Bank Transfer:

The bank account can be found in the invoice provided. Please email the copy of the bank transfer receipt to conference secretary upon completion of the bank transfer. Email confirmation letter will be sent to you once we confirmed the payment has well received.

Event Cancellation

In the event that the conference/meeting is cancelled, Conference attendees will be returned the registration fee only. Any fees associated with cancellation of travel or housing reservations is the exclusive responsibility of Conference attendees.

Personal Reason

The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Registration Substitution Policy

Replacement of a registered attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted without substitution fee. The new attendee must be named in the written notification by the original registrant.

Alcoholic Beverages (On-site Only)

Recognizing the nature of receptions and the potential for alcohol abuse at conferences, all Axiom Meetings sponsored events will make non-alcoholic drinks available. Conference participants are responsible for their own well-being and you agree that neither Axiom Meetings and/or its sponsors will be held accountable for any events or occurrences resulting from excessive drinking, recklessness or negligence.

Force Majeure

The organizers and co-sponsors of the Conference shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of their obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, strike or labor dispute, military authority, imposition of law or regulation, riot or civil unrest, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, pandemics, restrictions or recommendations issued by a governmental agency or recognized health organization such as the CDC or World Health Organization, the un-availability of the Venue or other similar exigent circumstance or emergency beyond the organizer’s and co-sponsors’ reasonable control, making it illegal, impossible, impracticable or inadvisable in organizer’s and co-sponsors’ sole discretion to hold the Event.  For one or more of such reasons, the organizers and any co-sponsors of the Conference may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on their part. In the event the conference cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the organizers and co-sponsors of the Conference shall not be liable to attendee for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.

Conference Date and Place Statement

Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural disaster, war and country policy, organizer reserves the rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

Identification at Registration (On-site Only)

Attendees are asked to present a Photo ID at registration in order to collect registration materials. This procedure is in place to protect registration materials from getting lost and to allow Axiom Meetings to monitor accurate attendance. Registration materials will not be provided without a Photo ID. Furthermore, registrants agree not to allow any other individual to participate in their place either at the conference, during the registration process, or any other conference-related activity including acceptance of these terms of registration.

Limitation of Liability

When participating in Axiom Meetings and all of its events, you shall bear all risk of injury, illness (including COVID-19 or other infection), death, property damage or other loss.

Smoking (On-site Only)

For the comfort and health of all attendees, smoking is not permitted at any Axiom Meetings sponsored functions. This includes general sessions, concurrent sessions, workshops, luncheons, receptions, and in the exhibit hall. Attendees should adhere to any signage preventing or authorizing smoking in certain locations.

Unsecured Items Policy (On-site Only)

Personal belongings such as briefcases, backpacks, purses, coats, book bags, laptops, tablets or mobile devices, etc. should not be left unattended in meeting rooms or public areas. These items are the responsibility of their owner and Axiom Meetings management will not be held responsible for their safe keeping should they become lost or stolen. Additionally, any unattended items may be subject to removal by security upon being discovered.

Consent to use Photographic, Video and Audio Recordings:

Axiom Meetings official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the event. The photographs, videos and audio recordings will be used for event related activities including in the promotional material, in both print and electronic format, including on the Internet via event website and Social media for summit purpose only.
